Seller Terms of Service

Last updated: 6/5/2026

1. Introduction

These Seller Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Q-Ticket as an event organizer and ticket seller. By registering as a seller, you agree to these Terms.

2. Platform Role

Q-Ticket provides a platform service for listing events and selling tickets. Q-Ticket acts solely as an intermediary and is not a party to transactions between you and buyers. You remain fully responsible for your events, ticket fulfillment, and customer relations.

3. Account Activation

  • Your account requires QPay configuration for activation
  • You must provide valid QPay credentials (username, password, invoice code)
  • Account activation enables you to create events and receive payments
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid QPay credentials

4. Platform Fees

  • 1% of total ticket value for QPay without eBarimt
  • 2% of total ticket value for QPay with eBarimt
  • Fees are calculated on total potential ticket sales and paid upfront
  • For multi-events, the fee covers all occurrences

Unsold Ticket Credits

If not all tickets are sold, the monetary value of unsold tickets is credited toward future events. Credits are calculated based on monetary value, not ticket count.

5. Payment Processing

  • Buyer payments are processed via QPay directly to your bank account
  • Q-Ticket does not hold or process buyer payments on your behalf
  • You are responsible for QPay integration, including eBarimt configuration
  • Transaction fees from QPay are your responsibility

6. Event Responsibilities

As a seller, you are solely responsible for:

  • Accurate event information and descriptions
  • Event execution, safety, and quality
  • Compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Obtaining necessary permits and licenses
  • Customer service and support for buyers
  • Handling refunds according to your stated policy

7. Refund Policy

You must establish and clearly communicate your refund policy to buyers. Q-Ticket does not process refunds on your behalf. You are responsible for:

  • Defining your refund terms
  • Processing refund requests directly
  • Handling event cancellation refunds

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Q-Ticket, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your events and their execution
  • Disputes with buyers
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or regulations
  • Claims related to refunds or cancellations

9. Limitation of Liability

Q-Ticket's liability is limited to the platform fees paid. Q-Ticket is not liable for:

  • Lost revenue from unsold tickets
  • Technical issues affecting sales
  • Buyer disputes or chargebacks
  • QPay or eBarimt service issues
  • Consequential or indirect damages

10. Termination

Q-Ticket may terminate or suspend your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Repeated buyer complaints
  • Inactive accounts

11. Changes to Terms

Q-Ticket may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
