Buyer Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Q-Ticket. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our platform as a ticket buyer. By using Q-Ticket, you agree to these Terms.

2. Platform Role

Q-Ticket acts as an intermediary platform connecting ticket buyers with event organizers (sellers). Q-Ticket does not organize, host, or have control over the events listed on the platform. We facilitate ticket transactions but are not a party to the contract between buyers and sellers.

3. Ticket Purchases

  • All ticket sales are final once payment is confirmed
  • Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by the event organizer
  • You must provide accurate information when purchasing tickets
  • Each ticket includes a unique QR code for entry verification

4. Payment

  • Payments are processed via QPay directly to the event organizer's bank account
  • Q-Ticket does not hold or process buyer payments
  • You may receive an eBarimt receipt if the seller has enabled this feature

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers, not Q-Ticket. In case of:

  • Event cancellation: Contact the event organizer directly for refund arrangements
  • Personal inability to attend: Contact the event organizer; Q-Ticket cannot issue refunds
  • Disputes: Resolve directly with the event organizer; Q-Ticket may assist in facilitating communication but is not responsible for dispute resolution

6. Limitation of Liability

Q-Ticket is not liable for:

  • Event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by organizers
  • Quality, safety, or legality of events
  • Actions or omissions of event organizers
  • Personal injury or property damage at events
  • Loss of ticket data due to user error

7. User Responsibilities

  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Ensure your QR code is accessible for entry
  • Comply with event rules and venue policies
  • Not attempt to duplicate, counterfeit, or fraudulently use tickets
